THIS IS A WOMEN'S ONLY GROUP, FOR THE STATES OF GEORGIA, FLORDIA, ALABAMA, SOUTH CAROLINA, NORTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, MISSISSIPPI & KENTUCKY WITH HOPES TO GROW MORE STATES.
*By joining the group and completing the monthly questionnaire you are agreeing to the rules below*
The link to the questionnaire can be found on the Facebook Group. It will be open monthly from the 10th-20th of each month for the following month.
***You must fill out the form each month to participate for the following month.
You will be paired with a lady within your city to gift a basket to, and you will receive one in return ❤
*If you want to skip a month DO NOT fill out the form. If you fill out the form and then decide to skip, you must let an admin know BEFORE the 1st of that month*
Unless your lady specifically says no booze, BOOZE IS REQUIRED! In fact, it is ALL that is required. It could be a bottle of wine, beer, liquor, etc... **If gifting the airplane bottles of liquor, you must gift a minimum of 5 bottles.**
Everything else is just extra! Unless otherwise stated above, there's no minimum/maximum amount you have to spend.
You will receive your lady's name between the 1st-3rd of each month. If you do not respond to your admin acknowledging receipt of your message by the 5th, you will be removed from participation for that month.
You will have until the 20th of each month to gift your lady. If you do not gift your lady you will be ineligible to participate the following month. If you do not gift but are gifted, you will have to sit out one month as well as pick up a lady during your off month to be allowed back into participation. If it ever happens a second time you will be removed and banned from the group.
Please message the admin who gave you your name, with a photo of your delivered basket, to let them know when you have boozed your lady!
We have many talented ladies, therefore items can be handmade. Please make sure items are NEW (unused) and SMOKE FREE!
No selling/ads unless sn approved vendor!
No negative posts or comments, same will be deleted.

By joining this group and participating in Glasses & Giggles, you are hereby agreeing to follow all Rules & Guidelines and consenting to all of the Terms and Conditions.
Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, “Glasses and Giggles” is not the manufacturer of any of the baskets delivered through this site. Actual baskets may contain more and/or and different items than what is shown on our website. Please always read labels, warnings, and directions provided with the products before using or consuming the products. Please see our full disclaimer below.
Legal Drinking Age Required:
You must be of legal drinking age to access this Site and participate in Glasses & Giggles. By accessing Glasses and Giggles Site, you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Glasses and Giggles makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to or by anyone who is under the age of 21. By accessing this Site, you agree that any alcohol received by you is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use, please do not use this Site or participate in Glasses & Giggles. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Glasses and Giggles will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. If you are under the age of 21 and intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to procure alcohol, Glasses & Giggles will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.
Consuming Alcohol:
By accessing and participating in Glasses & Giggles, you acknowledge that there is a government warning concerning the health effects of consuming alcoholic beverages:
Government warning:
(1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
(2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery and may cause health problems.
Medical Officers recommend Women do not regularly exceed 2-3 units daily
Drink responsibly!
Liability Waiver:
In consideration for you being given access to the Site and participating in Glasses and Giggles, you hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Glasses and Giggles, subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliates, successors, contractors, agents, participants, representatives and/or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any damage to your property or loss, damage or injury that you personally sustain, including but not limited to, bodily injury and/or death, whether caused by the negligence of Glasses and Giggles, its representatives or participants or not while participating in Glasses and Giggles activities, using Site content and/or attending Glasses and Giggles Events in person, regardless of location. You hereby assume all risks to your property and your person and in no way will Glasses and Giggles or its participants be liable to you for damages or injuries you sustain.

How it Works!
Georgia Glasses and Giggles is focused on uplifting women. Each month, everyone who completes the questionnaire will receive the name of another lady. We do our very best to keep you within 30 miles of your home.
The link to the Questionnaire can be found on Facebook group page. It will be open each month from the 10th-20th. You must complete the questionnaire for each month you wish to participate.
You can update your Questionnaire at any time by redoing it. We only keep the most recent copy.
*If you need to opt out after completing the questionnaire, please message your admin immediately or if you don't have an admin you can message anyone of them.*
You will receive your lady's name via Facebook messenger from an admin between the 1st-3rd of the month. If you do not respond to your message by the 5th, an admin will tag you to check your messages. If you do not respond to the admin within 24 hours your lady's information will be reassigned and you will not be participating that month.
You will have until the 20th of each month to gift your lady. We ask that you be considerate, yet humble with your gifts. Remember only alcohol is the requirement and anything else is considered an extra bonus.
YOU MUST MESSAGE YOUR ADMIN ONCE YOU HAVE DROPPED OFF YOUR LADIES BASKET.
If you do not message your admin once you have dropped off your ladies basket and send a picture of the basket you dropped off it could result in you being placed on probation. We highly suggest taking a picture of your basket being dropped off. This is to make sure your basket is in the correct place.
ADMINS AND MODS WILL SEND FOLLOW-UP MESSAGES ON THE 15TH AND 19th OF EVERY MONTH. This is just to ensure that everyone gets gifted. Its during these follow up messages that we usually get several drop outs. Please be kind and respond as soon as you can to let them know if you are on track or need to Opt Out. If you opt out after you have been gifted then this will result in probation depending on the circumstances.
As long as you do your part, we guarantee you will be gifted in return. This is made possible by our wonderfulladies who like to pick up wxtra ladies.
G&G Probation We appreciate every lady that participates in our wonderful group and understand sometimes LIFE HAPPENS! If for some reason you are not able to GIFT your lady and/or do not communicate with your Admin AND have been gifted for the month in question, you will be placed on PROBATION. Probation entails that you will have to sit one month out AND pick-up a deserving lady before you will be allowed to participate again. Should said infraction occur again, you will be removed and banned from the group. If you were Not Gifted and you DID NOT Gift you will be required to sit out a month but not required to pick up.
